The Lord Vishnu of Hindu mythology presents Himself as an ideal leader. Vishnu is the God of sustenance.
The image of Vishnu always looks at you with amusement, with care, with a smile. Vishnu cares for you. Vishnu cares for others. Caring for others - is the principal trait of a good leader.
Vishnu has 4 hands and can be seen holding an object in each hand as below.
1. Conch shell - Represents communication
2. Chakra - Represents review
3. Gada - Represents "discipline others" when they do wrong
4. Lotus - represents appreciation.
These 4 represents the traits of a good leader - good effective communication, constant review, disciplining when mistakes are committed and appreciating when good things are done.
